Questions about
weddings and elopements
I have been photographing weddings since 2004 and have now captured more than 500 weddings across more than 12 countries!
My style has been described as elegant, timeless, classic ensuring true to life colours.
The sooner the better is what I always say! But in all honesty, there isn’t any set time. Some popular dates can book up 18-24 months in advance, whereas most average dates are 12-18 months.
Absolutely! Whether you are getting marred outside of the GTA, outside of Ontario or another incredible destination, nothing is too far! I’m always happy to discuss your unique plans and give you information on what options are available.
Coverage time is consecutive, so it can not be split up. If you have a more unique situation, please reach out so we can discuss it further to see if there is an alternative solution.
Contracted turnaround time is 8-12 weeks after your wedding day, however, I always try to get images delivered as quickly as possible. Images will be delivered through a digital download link, so it’s an easy and quick to see and share your images.
I shoot 99% of weddings solo, but a second photographer can be added to any collection if there isn’t already one included. I’m always happy to talk through your wedding to see if a second photographer is the best fit for your day.
Of course! Upon booking, I’m happy to share my preferred vendor list with you, to help assist in securing everyone you need.
You will find my starting prices listed on this page. To view my full price list, please reach out on my contact form and I’m happy to send it over to you.
There is a $1500 non-refundable retainer due along with your signed contract, to secure your date. The final balance is due one month before your wedding date. Payment can be made via e-transfer.
All photos that you receive will have the same level of basic editing. This includes exposure, contrast, vibrance/saturation, tone curves, cropping and levelling as needed, etc. All images on my website are indicative of what all my clients receive as their final product.
I have some amazing videography companies that I can recommend upon booking. Some of them offer various packages and styles and some may have a discount if you book with me and them.
As long as it is a safe destination/location, then the answer is YES!
Yes – we require that our clients pay full travel costs (flights, accommodations, food, transfers, etc.) plus a package cost for the photography itself. Please get in touch so we can discuss your specific destination and photography needs. If you are having a wedding in one of our Wish List destinations, we have special rates available.
Only for destinations! While we used to offer local videography for many years, we have decided to cut back and only dedicate the videography side of the business to destinations. Get in touch if you’d like to see more of our portfolio.

With the logistics of travel sometimes being complicated, we prefer to book all travel ourselves. We are happy to work with a travel agent that you are using if you have group rates/preferred pricing in place.

Flexibility is key. Have backup plans for outdoor activities and consider indoor alternatives. Embrace unexpected weather as an opportunity for unique, candid moments that reflect the spontaneity of your day.
Mix and match activities that align with your desired level of adventure. Blend exhilarating moments like sunrise hikes with tranquil interludes such as lakeside picnics to create a well-rounded, memorable experience.
Absolutely. Incorporate rituals, traditions, or symbols that hold meaning for you. Whether it’s a handfasting ceremony, releasing lanterns, or sharing a favorite meal, these elements add depth and significance to your day.
Plan a loose itinerary that allows for natural transitions between activities. Work with a skilled elopement coordinator who can assist in coordinating logistics, timing, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day.
